Lindsay Lohan's Rainy Day Retail Romp

Always in the mood for a retail romp, Lindsay Lohan braved the rain as she
ventured out on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 30).

Joined by a gal pal, the "Mean Girls" starlet was bundled up as she hit up the popular
Fred Segal boutique for a midday shopping session.

Taking to her Twitter account throughout the day, LiLo repeatedly posted her excitement
over getting a mention on Nicki Minaj's new tune "I'm the Best".

Of the props, Lindsay wrote, "Love Nikki Minaj for the shout on her track "im the best"
 xox so cool!"

Fresh out of rehab herself, Lohan is also said to be "worried" about troubled actor Charlie
Sheen, as an insider tells that Lindsay "understands the problem of having the wrong people
around and wants Charlie to understand that he needs to surround himself with positive,
sober people."

The Cheesecake Factory while joined by a male companion during the evening dinner
