The Knicks bounced back from a stretch of five losses in seven games with wins over Indiana and San Antonio, but now they hit the road for a four-game Western swing that starts in a particularly interesting destination: Phoenix, where power forward Amare Stoudemire starred for eight tumultuous seasons before bolting to New York for a five-year, $100 million contract as a free agent this summer.
