We played a make-up game tonight and it was against the team that beat us (19-18) for our only loss.

New pitcher on our side, new result. 23-9 in 5 innings... we are striking the ball very well and playing at a notch above the others atm.

We finally got to play again...

Our pitcher blew up :( gave up 15 runs in the 1st inning (9 before they got a hit) and we lost 19-18 ><

Game 4 rained out (arrggghhh)

Game 2 (rained out) and I would have had to miss it, so good :)

Game 3: We won 10-8 so we're now 2-0 with 2 games next week.

My brother and I both were sick as dogs in this game, we played great defense but neither of us hit worth a flip.

The pitcher had some trouble throwing strikes or this game would have been over early on (the other team only had 3 hits). But a win is a win.

Fall league started Thursday night. We couldn't hit worth a flip and were down 9-3 in the bottom of the 6th (I had a pop-up and double with a run scored at the time).

I walked in the 6th and we scored 5 runs to make it 9-8. The top of the 7th they score 3 more times to put it away at 12-8 :(


But of course, we do get to bat again... 0 outs and 5 runs later and it's 13-12 us and ballgame is over.
